sometimes i hate

cus everything that wants to go wrong, WILL go wrong, in rapid succession on a monday.

didn't want to get up

didn't want to get dressed
[its really hard to put together a suitable business casual get-up when you dont want to put on clothes, but apparently i still managed to do it well]

didn't feel to teach much to the grade 9s....
so thankfully, i didn't really have to. they worked on something i thought up during a freak brainstorm (occasionally they happen on monday mornings), and i managed to get some work done myself. unfortunately, like everything the first go round, there are some small glitches... but i can explain those away in a manner that supports the curriculum. YAY. =| plus they had a great time not taking any notes and doing group work.

well all those "didn't"s came back with a vengeance when
the wireless in the staffroom didn't work
the printer wouldn't print my test for the next class
my email didn't open
the "good" computer didn't want to recognize my flash drive

then after all my hard work and creativity, i DIDN'T give the right test to the right class!
ARGH
plus the A/C still doesn't work in my room so the poor dears in the last period class were sweating buckets... as were we (myself and the TC).

hot as frickin blazes it is!
i'm thankful that its not snowing, but really. i think i'm allowed to express a bit of frustration when it's 35 degrees for days. sans humidex thank God.
and i'm peeling.

yippee.

so i didn't mark this evening.

now i know why hema had betjazz blasting all day when she was at my house. these are some pretty good tunes. i think i'm getting old.
